Due to software updates for the new water rate adjustments which go into effect July 1st, 2026, there was a billing error in the 2nd quarter and the bills went out at the new July 1st rate. To correct this, new water bills for the 2nd quarter billings will be mailed within the next week at the prior rate schedule. Please disregard the water bill you just received. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we correct the matter. Please see official letter below under "Downloads" from Council President Jason Crestani.

The Borough has been fortunate to receive numerous Community Development Block Grants over the years. These grants have been awarded by the Centre County Commissioners saving the borough residents thousands of dollars. Within the next two weeks representatives from Borough Council will be conducting a survey, either in person or by phone, to collect demographic information for the Borough.This information will be used for the Centre County CDBG program which will allow the Borough to apply for grants for needed upgrades to our water system. The survey will only take a few minutes and is completely confidential. Thank you.

Yearly, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requires the Borough to provide to its water users an Annual Drinking Water Quality Report. This report will accompany the water bill you receive the 2nd quarter of every year. It can also be reviewed by clicking the file below.
